Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your YOKU products, however, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for personal care items including soaps, safety razors and toothbrushes unless the goods are faulty, damaged, have been described incorrectly or if you have received an incorrect order. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery by either email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call T +44 (0)117 330 5796.
If you are returning an eligible product, a full refund will be processed as soon as it is delivered to the return address. This may take up to 5 days to reach your account.
